• Read prints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work, locations, quantities and sizes of materials.
• Plan and schedule concrete placements and coordinate with supervision and planners to meet construction schedules.
• Identify tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and precautions to eliminate risks.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of civil crafts.
• Plan operations to schedule workloads efficiently using assets and resources to minimize cost.
• Manage crews on processes, scheduling, costs, and employee relations.
