Job summary

Kwest Group is hiring a concrete foreman to lead on-site operations, instruct crews on forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires directing heavy equipment operations, coordinating material orders, travel to multiple sites, and upholding company safety standards with reporting. A high school diploma is required and safety training and drug screening will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to three weeks away from home.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor crew on forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Ensure safety practices and proper equipment operation.
• Track production and prepare daily reports using HCSS Heavy Job.
• Coordinate material ordering and logistics.
