Delta Capita is seeking a candidate to join our Structured Products team in New York to support legal documentation drafting and issuance across cross-asset transactions. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing documentation pipelines to strict deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and experience drafting issuance documents for securities or structured products, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience drafting issuance documentation for securities or structured products.
• Experience with structured products and derivative transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize workflows and work with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documentation (Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Summaries) for structured product transactions.
• Manage a pipeline queue of transactions to strict deadlines.
• Partner with legal departments or external counsel for advice and review of templates.
• Initiate process improvements and leverage technology for document automation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts in Operations, Structuring, Legal and Trading.
