Delta Capita is seeking an experienced team member for the Transaction Management Team within the Structured Product Managed Services Group in New York. The role focuses on supporting securities issuance and cross-asset structured products.
You will work closely with front office and support departments across Structuring, Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Trade Management, and Operations to manage the deal lifecycle, resolve queries, and maintain documentation.

We are looking to recruit an experienced team member with experience in Securities issuance. This role within Delta Capita’s Structured Product Managed Services Group is in the Transaction Management Team of issuance specialists. The team support Tier 1 investment banks in their issuance of cross-asset structured products.
An integral part of the role involves working closely alongside the front office and support departments, in particular Structuring, Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Trade Management and Operations. As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.
Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 (dependent on experience)
