Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced team member for the Transaction Management Team within the Structured Product Managed Services Group in New York. The role focuses on supporting securities issuance and cross-asset structured products.

You will work closely with front office and support departments across Structuring, Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Trade Management, and Operations to manage the deal lifecycle, resolve queries, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial markets, securities issuance or derivatives support.
• Experience with the deal lifecycle of structured products and/or derivative transactions.
• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills across front and back office.
• Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Proven teamwork and impact awareness in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the deal lifecycle from trade execution through settlement.
• Ensure completeness of trade capture on internal and vendor systems.
• Interact with front office to resolve queries from trading, structuring and sales.
• Support Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income trading desks in the Americas.
• Resolve deal-related queries from clients and internal/external parties.
• Maintain documentation records and filings; update term sheets/legal docs.
• Coordinate bookings/amendments; ensure up-to-date legal documents.
