Job summary

Pure Search is assisting a leading law firm in New York seeking a paralegal to support its derivatives and structured products team.

You will prepare issuance documentation, draft and coordinate offering materials, and assist with regulatory filings across U.S. and international regulators.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in securities, banking, financial markets, structured products, or a related legal or professional environment preferred.
• Strong interest in financial markets and structured securities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions and strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation for structured securities issuances governed by U.S. and international law.
• Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of offering documents and related transaction materials.
• Assist with regulatory filings for structured securities transactions with applicable U.S. and international regulators.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research relating to structured products and securities offerings.
• Review transaction filings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other transaction participants regarding outstanding deals and required deliverables.
• Maintain detailed records of client transactions, deal histories, and related documentation.
• Track transaction deadlines and coordinate deal-related administrative requirements across multiple concurrent matters.

The group advises leading financial institutions and clients on a broad range of structured securities transactions, including notes, warrants, certificates, structured bank deposits, and products linked to a variety of underlying asset classes and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation for structured securities issuances governed by U.S. and international law
• Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of offering documents and related transaction materials
• Assist with regulatory filings for structured securities transactions with applicable U.S. and international regulators
