Job summary

Viridan Group is seeking a Capital Markets Manager / Senior Manager to support financing transactions across a growing portfolio of energy and infrastructure projects. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on a range of financing activities, with increasing responsibility and potential to lead financings.

The ideal candidate has direct transaction experience, strong financial modeling, and exposure to data centers, power, infrastructure, or real estate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital markets, investment, lending, or advisory in data centers, power, infrastructure, or real estate.
• 2-3+ years of direct data center financing experience.
• Experience with project finance, leveraged finance, CMBS, or similar structures; project finance debt preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; VBA is a plus.

We are seeking a Capital Markets Manager / Senior Manager to support the execution of financing transactions across a growing portfolio of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

This role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on a variety of financing transactions, with increasing responsibility and the opportunity to ultimately lead financings. The ideal candidate brings direct transaction experience, strong financial modeling capabilities, and experience across data centers, power, infrastructure, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of financing transactions, including project finance debt, non-recourse bonds, corporate debt, and other structured financing
• Build and maintain financial models and perform transaction-related analysis
• Lead and support lender, investor, and capital provider due diligence
• Support the negotiation and execution of financing and transaction documentation
• Help resolve issues and drive transactions through financial close
• Support funding activities and ongoing capital markets initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, and other external partners
• Collaborate with teams across M&A, FP&A, development, procurement, construction, and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve financing processes and internal workflows
• Take ownership of key workstreams while working collaboratively across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience across capital markets, investment, lending, or advisory roles within data centers, power, infrastructure, or real estate
• 2-3+ years of direct data center financing experience required
• Transaction experience with project finance, leveraged finance, project bonds, CMBS, or similar financing structures; project finance debt preferred
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; VBA is a plus
• Real estate investment banking or commercial real estate lending/investing experience is a plus
• Strong ownership, communication, initiative, and analytical skills
