Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in structured finance or middle office operations.
• Experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead middle office operations for CLOs, CDOs, and syndicated loans with accurate execution and client service.
• Oversee cash reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall calculations, and compliance testing; manage risk.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering timely investor reporting and resolving complex issues.
