Job summary

FIS in the United States seeks a seasoned middle office professional to lead operations for structured finance portfolios, including CLOs, CDOs, and syndicated loans. You will ensure data integrity, manage risk and compliance activities, and drive scalable processes while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

You will oversee reporting, reconcile cash flows, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services operations supporting structured or institutional assets.
• Strong knowledge of CLOs, CDOs and syndicated loans.
• Proven expertise in cash reconciliations, processing and reporting.
• Experience with waterfall calculations and compliance testing.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily middle office operations for assigned client portfolios.
• Manage cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, and waterfall calculations.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve operational issues.
• Produce and review financial and investor reports.
• Conduct compliance testing and monitor covenant activity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex challenges.
• Support team leadership with mentoring and workload planning.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardization.
