Job summary

U.S. Bank is recruiting for a CLO Reporting Analyst to support the CLO/CDO structured finance vehicles. The role emphasizes trust reporting, data reconciliation, and investor communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with asset managers, clients, auditors, and internal teams, performing analysis and generating periodic reports. The position is hybrid with in-office expectations in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with CDO or structured finance systems is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply trust indentures to determine reporting and compliance requirements.
• Translate indenture language into technical report specifications and cash flow logic.
• Set up and maintain payment calculations and reporting structures in proprietary systems.
• Receive, map, reconcile, and validate periodic collateral and asset activity data.
• Perform portfolio compliance and trade testing on structured fixed income deals.
• Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual investor, payment, and tax reports.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure accurate cash flows.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure reports meet accuracy and timeliness.
