FIS seeks a seasoned professional to lead middle office operations for structured finance portfolios, including CLOs, CDOs and syndicated loans. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring accurate cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting while maintaining risk controls and regulatory obligations.

This role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in structured finance, investment operations, or middle office functions.
• Expertise in cash reconciliations, transaction processing, and investor reporting.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance products and financial reporting.
• Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead middle office operations for CLO, CDO and syndicated loan portfolios.
• Oversee cash reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall calculations and compliance testing.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering timely investor reporting.
• Drive process improvements and team leadership support.
