Qualifications

• Ten years of experience supporting finance/accounting systems and leading complex systems initiatives.
• Five years of people management experience.
• Experience in law firms or professional services preferred.
• Experience with finance reporting, data governance, dashboards, and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Technology, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the firm's financial systems including accounting, reporting, integrations, and related apps.
• Mentor and develop financial systems professionals; manage performance and career growth.
• Liaise between Finance, Technology, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders on roadmaps and issues.
• Lead financial systems projects: coordinate resources, document decisions, and meet milestones.
• Ensure accurate, complete financial data reflected across dashboards and reports.
• Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements across Finance systems.
