Mission Staffing is seeking a Structured Credit Analyst/Associate for its New York investment team. You will evaluate structured credit and ABS opportunities, perform quantitative analysis, cash flow modeling, and collateral analysis to assess risk and returns.

You will analyze securitization structures, assist in structuring, underwriting, and execution of transactions, and perform due diligence on loan portfolios. Strong quantitative skills and interest in structured credit are essential.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or higher from a top finance and/or STEM program.
• 1–4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or ABS investments.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills with an emphasis on financial modeling and transaction structuring.
• Experience analyzing securitized products, collateral performance, and structured credit transactions.
• Strong understanding of securitization structures, cash flow waterfalls, and credit risk.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong interest in structured credit and asset-backed investing.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate structured credit and asset-backed securities (ABS) investment opportunities across various asset classes
• Perform quantitative analysis, cash flow modeling, and collateral analysis to assess investment risk and returns
• Analyze securitization structures, payment waterfalls, credit enhancements, and underlying collateral performance
• Support the structuring, underwriting, and execution of structured credit transactions
• Conduct due diligence on underlying loan portfolios, including credit performance, defaults, prepayments, and recovery assumptions
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals throughout the investment evaluation and execution process
