The team handles origination, marketing, and execution of primary market ABS, working with relationship coverage teams.

Qualifications

• ABS Structuring experience with a top-tier bank or similar.
• Degree with concentration in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Strong Excel, Intex, CAS, VBA, and Bloomberg skills.
• Licenses: Series 79 and 63.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform structuring work for Left and Active Lead roles, including collateral analysis and deal modeling.
• Primary asset classes include aircraft, auto-related assets, credit cards, data centers, and other securitizations.
• Explain and present structural output to clients and investors.
• Create transaction models, including credit risk retention models.
• Assist ABS investors with structuring and modeling questions.
• Collaborate with Bank's Left Lead roles to tie-out collateral stratification and cash flow models.
• Support securitization team with structuring and break-even loss analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up pitches, models, and analysis.
