Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or securitization.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, Accounting, Science or Engineering.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and structuring efforts.
• Prepare client pitches and marketing materials.
• Conduct credit and cash flow analysis and request internal approvals.
• Assist deal execution in securitization transactions.
• Engage in client due diligence and onboarding.
• Report on portfolio performance and deal activity.
• Collaborate with SG teams across divisions.
