Job summary

E2 Optics, Denver-based award-winning woman-owned technology integrator, is seeking a Field Technician to join our onsite installation team. You will work on cutting-edge data center infrastructure and collaborate with project teams to install structured cabling and related systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, OSHA 10 within two weeks, and experience in structured cabling or related construction. Travel is limited, with occasional regional assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 within first 2 weeks in role.
• Experience working in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Able to distinguish color codes.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and site rules.
• Assist the project team with installation activities as needed.
• Maintain organized jobsite and handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Learn to read floorplans, drawings, specifications, and cut sheets.
• Travel may be required (5% overnight; 50%+ in some regions).
• Perform additional duties as identified by supervision.
