LINX in Chantilly, VA is seeking Low Voltage Technicians to install, terminate, and test structured cabling on commercial projects. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on tier and experience.

The role offers a defined career path from Technician I through senior roles, with work at corporate offices, hospitals, schools, and data centers across the country. Travel within the home state and beyond is possible.

Formación

• Able to work ladders and lift 50 pounds.
• Must own low voltage hand tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches).
• Available for 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, deadlines.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient English, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (CAT5e/6/6a, fiber, coax).
• Build and maintain MDFs/IDFs, racks, patch panels, and network hardware.
• Document installations to standards and project specs.
• Communicate with site contacts to resolve issues and ensure quality.
