Job summary

DBM Global Inc. is seeking a Production Welder to contribute expertise in welding structural, bridge and industrial components for high-profile projects across commercial, bridge, and industrial sectors.

The role requires proficiency in FCAW, SMAW, GMAW, and SAW, with the ability to weld in all positions and adhere to safety standards. The ideal candidate will pass welding tests per AWS D1.1, work with a variety of metals, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Experience with multiple welding processes and position welding.

Responsibilities

• Follow welding procedures (AWS, AISC).
• Weld on ground, above and below ground in required positions.
• Prepare materials by chipping, peening and grinding for welding.
