Job summary

DBM Global Inc. is seeking a Production Welder to weld structural, bridge and industrial materials in Kansas, following AWS and AISC procedures. The role requires welding in all positions and may involve crane operations. Safety PPE must be observed, and candidates must pass an AWS D1.1 weld test.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass required weld test (AWS D1.1).
• Read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to work in multiple welding positions and pass AWS D1.1 tests.

Responsibilities

• Welds structural, bridge and industrial materials such as plates and girders in various positions.
• Follow welding procedures (AWS, AISC) and keep work area clean.
• Operate cranes to transport materials as needed.
• Perform gouging and scarfing when required.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.
