Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering and 2+ years of industry test engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CAD tools; familiarity with test environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work extended hours, off-shift, or weekends when the mission demands.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute structural tests using MTS AeroPro and FlexTest controllers.
• Operate as load control console operator during live test execution.
• Select and manage test hardware, fixtures, and vendors.
• Write and maintain test procedures, analyze data, and resolve anomalies in real time.
• Lead small technician teams through setups, checkouts, and teardowns.
• Enforce safety standards throughout all test operations.
