Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in fabrication, construction, or manufacturing.
• Strong preference for structural steel industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Tekla, SDS2, Bluebeam, Trimble, MS Excel, or similar systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract and specification reviews and lead kickoff meetings.
• Develop and actively manage project schedules and detailing flow.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify, initiate, and track change orders; manage budgets and billing schedules.
