SteelFab, Inc. seeks an On-Site Project Manager to oversee large, complex steel construction projects.

You will coordinate with erection foremen, schedule deliveries, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on sites across the United States. You will own project execution from field to office, document issues with SteelFab engineering, maintain look-ahead schedules, and communicate clearly with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• High level competency in Bluebeam, PDFs, Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Interact daily with erection foreman to coordinate materials and logistics.
• Set up and re-schedule deliveries with steel shops, joist & deck, bolts; follow up with emails to vendors and cc office PM.
• Attend weekly/daily meetings with the erector.
• Review deliveries and coordinate with SteelFab and other fabrication shops to resolve missing pieces; document fixes.
