Job summary

SteelFab, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, coordinating customers, vendors, and internal teams.

You will own project scope, manage subcontracting and purchasing, and ensure timely, cost-effective results while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, strong proficiency in Bluebeam, PDFs, MS Project, Excel, and Word, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High level competency in Bluebeam, PDFs, Microsoft Project, Excel and Word, and common computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Communicates regularly with customers, vendors, design teams and internal departments to satisfy needs with clarity, brevity, and professionalism
• Utilizes all SteelFab resources with financial responsibility to ensure best outcome regarding cost, schedule and quality
• Creates vendor subcontracts and purchase orders after coordination with estimating to satisfy project requirements
• Coordinates with accounting for accurate monthly pay applications to General Contractors
• Directs Document Control Department with clarity for all drawing and paperwork processing
• Runs monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) update for financial reporting and projects
• Schedules and attends regular jobsite meetings to review progress and ensure safety and site progress

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
