Henkel's Adhesive Technologies group in California is seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager for Structural Solutions. In this role you will generate and qualify leads, present technically to structural engineering firms, and travel to meet customers to drive growth.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, develop strengthening and repair solutions, and manage key accounts. The role demands a Civil/Structural background, 3+ years consulting experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Consulting Engineer in structural engineering.
• Sales aptitude with client service orientation; trainable and coachable.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% by car and air travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads with technical presentations to structural engineering firms.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual plans.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and clients to develop strengthening solutions.
• Perform key account planning and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce for forecasting and CRM updates.
• Provide market intelligence and drive territory growth.
