Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a Consulting Engineer with a civil/structural background to lead business development in the US. You will generate leads, present technical solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams and clients on strengthening and repair projects.

The role requires 3+ years of consulting experience, PE is desirable, and travel up to 50% is expected. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; PE accreditation desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer in structural engineering environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% by automobile and airplane.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for development with technical presentations to structural engineering firms.
• Define and execute sales strategies to meet annual sales plans and quotas.
• Collaborate with internal engineering team and external clients on strengthening and repair solutions.
• Perform key account planning and maintain relationships with key accounts.
