Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our NY City Metro and Long Island City area team. You will oversee large-scale concrete repair and restoration projects valued between $5M and $15M+, driving performance from preconstruction to closeout.

Lead and mentor project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors. The role requires 10+ years in related fields with a strong financial and contract administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, concrete restoration, specialty contracting, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing projects valued between approximately $5M–$15M.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading and developing project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of large-scale repair and restoration projects.
• Drive project performance from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and client partnership across project teams.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with field leadership.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contracts teams.
