Job summary

StructureCare, a national leader in parking structure engineering, repair, and maintenance, is seeking a Project Manager for the NY/NJ market. You will plan, develop, and direct all aspects of assigned projects to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations, including vendor management, proposal development, and oversight of repair/restoration projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years in Project Management; concrete/restoration industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, drawings, specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Willingness to adapt as the organization grows.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client Services Manager to align vendor network for projects.
• Collaborate with Structural Engineers on scope, estimating, and technical questions.
• Solicit vendor pricing through approved programs.
• Prepare and update project budgets, schedules, and construction plans.
• Oversee subcontractor work and change orders to meet client requirements.
• Manage site logistics and subcontractor activities during execution.
• Procure materials and review subcontractor payment requisitions.
• Prepare owner payment requisitions and resolve scope issues with customers.
• Attend project meetings and nurture customer relationships through service.
