Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for low to moderate complexity projects.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather project requirements and communicate technical information.
• Support project execution as part of a team and collaborate across disciplines.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and monitor percent complete and fee expended.
• Analyze engineering problems and develop practical solutions with senior staff.
• Provide in-process design reviews and QA/QC per IMEG standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in structural engineering.
• Prioritize safety in all engineering work.
