IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Dallas team, focusing on forensics, facility performance, and adaptive reuse. You will lead complex projects across Dallas–Fort Worth and broader Texas markets, directing design, analysis, and client collaboration.

You will mentor engineers, support project management, and ensure quality across budgets and deliverables. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth within an ESOP-owned, full-service firm.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• PE License.
• 10+ years in building design consulting; 12+ preferred.
• Mastery of structural design techniques and code knowledge.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-relations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for analysis of structural systems.
• Create designs, specs, and calculations meeting codes and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate analyses and technical reports.
• Interact with clients to define needs and communicate results.
• Provide in-process design reviews and maintain quality control.
• Mentor staff and support field issue resolution.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations.
