Job summary

IMEG, a 100% employee-owned firm, is seeking a Summer 2027 New Graduate in Fort Worth, TX to work on structural systems. You will gain hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship from senior engineers in a collaborative, in-office setting.

This entry-level role supports design development, construction documents, and construction administration across commercial and civic projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• Internship or prior building design experience preferred.
• EIT or Fundamentals of Engineering license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and gather requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support project planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and track progress with the team.
• Participate in quality control and stay current with industry trends.
