GRAEF in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Structural Practice Team Leader to manage a high-performing group, lead a broad range of projects, and mentor staff. The role requires direct client interaction, strong communication, and the ability to guide design teams across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with a structural emphasis, 8+ years in commercial building design, and MN PE licensure. A hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in structural design of commercial buildings.
• PE license in MN required.
• Experience with marketing, proposals and client development.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, pursuits, and staff within the Structural discipline of the Minneapolis office.
• Oversee project/team priorities, financials, and staffing across offices.
• Serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.
• Lead business development including marketing, proposals and client engagement.
• Manage client relationships and contract negotiations.
• Engage in professional society involvement.
