TIC - The Industrial Company in Louisiana is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to direct daily crew activities, manage resources, and ensure work is performed safely and on schedule. You will collaborate with project supervision to align with plans, codes, and industry standards, and provide training on safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating equipment and materials, maintaining reports, and guiding crews to complete tasks within projected costs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Ability to supervise craft workers.
• Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Observe and comply with safety and project rules.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for assigned crew as requested by project supervision.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
