Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding workmanship quality.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks to communicate plans and safety concerns.
