Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical education, clinical, or in a sales position.
• Deep expertise in echocardiography and structural heart imaging.
• RDCS/RCS or equivalent echocardiography credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Design objective-driven clinical sales training programs across in-house and field delivery.
• Develop curriculum and budget with leadership to ensure quality and scalability.
• Create and refine training tools and records for coronary, endovascular, and imaging spaces.
• Evaluate program impact with data-driven metrics and translate insights into improvements.
• Lead end-to-end training for new product launches with cross-functional collaboration.
