• Support case planning and procedural workflow optimization.
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders; act as SME for clinical questions.
• Relay customer feedback and market insights to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards; support events and conferences as needed.
