Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Stroke Prevention products across a defined region, educating interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff and ancillary personnel on device use and providing real-time clinical support during procedures.

The role requires 9+ years in cardiovascular work, 3+ years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology, and vendor credentialing readiness. Travel may exceed 50% and base pay is described within the posted range.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology.
• Vendor credentialing requirements and potential COVID-19 vaccination considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support cases and outcomes.
• Provide primary clinical support for surgical coverage and education.
• Educate customers on device usage and latest clinical developments.
• Engage in clinical discussions and link data to messaging.
• Meet with healthcare providers to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Maintain strong clinical orientation to influence clinician types.
