Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Structural Foreman to supervise the structural fitters and welders, directing assembly for shipyard and factory projects. You will lead the crew, verify training, and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines.

The role requires extensive shipyard mechanical experience, welding qualifications, and OSHA-30. Work is on-site in Jacksonville, with potential travel between facilities and a standard Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 15+ years in Shipyard Mechanical trade with 5+ years as Foreman.
• 3+ years welding experience: SMAW/FCAW/GMAW/GTAW or combinations.
• OSHA-30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify crews and assign the structure team.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and production guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on layouts and fixes.
• Maintain equipment, QA/QC, and turnover documentation.
• Lead daily turnover across shifts and monitor materials.
