Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior structural engineering leader to mentor engineers and drive critical infrastructure projects in the Midwest. The successful candidate will lead the structural department, partner with ownership, and deliver strategic growth across industrial, utility, municipal, and water/wastewater initiatives.

The role requires PE licensure, 8+ years of experience in structural consulting, and proficiency with RAM/STAAD/Bentley software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
Experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
Background supporting industrial, utility, municipal, or water/wastewater facilities.
Proficiency with RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, STAAD Pro, and Bentley software.
Experience managing projects and mentoring engineering staff.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
