Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Physical Science from ABET-accredited program in the United States or designated equivalents
• 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• DOE O 426.2A requirements experience or ability to obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to Design Engineers.
• Ensure safe working conditions and safety awareness across the team.
• Monitor department workload and manage scope, budget, and schedule for projects under purview.
• Develop and maintain qualified technical resources to execute projects in support of the Y-12 mission.
