Job summary
NorthStar Energy Services seeks an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Professional Engineering Consulting team in Texas. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- P.E. license required, preferably in Texas.
- 10+ years total experience; 3+ years civil/structural in midstream energy or petrochemicals.
- Experience with structural analysis and design software such as SAP, SAFE, and L-Pile.
- Familiarity with codes including ACI 318, ASCE 7, API 650/653/RP 2350, NFPA 30, ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete industrial facilities.
- Develop foundations, equipment pads, and structural bills of material.
- Coordinate deliverables with multi-discipline teams and QA/QC drawings and calculations.
- Review site geotechnical reports and ensure codes compliance.
- Support RFIs, shop fabrication reviews, and field activities.
