Qualifications

• 3-5 years of structural engineering experience with emphasis on steel design/analysis.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• EIT or pursuing PE license with motivation to develop technical skills.
• Experience with façades or metal panel systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and calculations for new construction projects.
• Collaborate with sales on value engineering and design‑assist projects.
• Learn company products, systems and processes while supporting project development.
• Progress toward a senior role with travel for testing or technical reviews; hybrid or remote work considered for the right candidate.
