Requirements include a civil engineering degree, 5+ years in structural engineering, and licensure progress (EIT/PE/SE as applicable). You will mentor staff and manage project tasks, client communications, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Five or more years of professional structural engineering experience.
• EIT registration or six+ years of structural engineering experience.
• PE registration or ability to obtain within six months preferred.
• SE registration or ability to sit for exam within six months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed structural designs with project teams.
• Prepare plans, reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with disciplines and clients; lead meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and review QA/QC outputs.
• Develop proposals and assist in client communications.
