Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in structural-related field with emphasis in structural engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design of buildings
• Current Structural Engineer License in Illinois

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring design quality.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee structural analysis, design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Serve as a technical resource and thought leader within the firm.
