Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Completed coursework in structural engineering required.
• Three or more (3+) years of professional engineering experience with an emphasis on structural engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with structural design software and code requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction on structural projects and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with disciplines and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare engineering plans, reports, drawings, and design calculations.
• Participate in construction-related assignments and site observations.
• Develop client communication and contribute to business development.
