Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to design and analyze buildings, prepare construction documents, and coordinate project milestones within a collaborative team. You will apply solid engineering judgment to deliver safe, buildable solutions that meet client goals and budget constraints.

You will collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors, utilize RAM, RISA3-D and SAP2000, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• PE Licensed (professional engineer).
• 4-7 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficient with structural engineering software such as RAM, RISA3-D and SAP2000.
• Experience in steel, concrete, timber and other material design.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using concrete, steel, timber and other materials.
• Oversee and coordinate project milestones, ensuring alignment on deliverables.
• Attend internal kickoff meetings and external coordination meetings.
• Develop designs for structural systems and project specifications.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines.
