ERA Structural Engineering in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team. The position focuses on creating structural designs and construction documents with oversight from senior engineers, collaborating with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver buildable solutions.

The role offers hands-on experience across concrete, steel, and timber design, with exposure to RAM, RISA3-D, and SAP2000. A 40-hour work week and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in structural engineering.
• FE exam passed and registration as EIT within 1 year.
• Familiarity with Structural Design Software RAM, RISA3-D and SAP2000.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using concrete, steel, timber and other materials.
• Prepare construction documents in collaboration with Project Managers and Structural Modelers.
