The Thomas Young Group in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction, delivering high‑quality, code‑compliant structural systems.

You will develop client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive business development in a fast‑paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit and confident managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communicator with a strong track record in client relationship building and project delivery.
