Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering seeks a highly skilled Senior Structural Modeler to lead 3D modeling and 2D construction documents. You will translate sketches and references into accurate, coordinated deliverables while upholding project standards.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams, manage priorities and timelines, and mentor junior staff to ensure quality and on-time delivery across diverse projects in our Arizona office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in architectural/structural/construction design and drafting technology.
• 10–14 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of 3D models and 2D construction documents across multiple project types.
• Coordinate design documents with multidisciplinary teams internally and externally.
• Maintain and apply company drawing standards across project lifecycles.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and report milestones to supervisors and engineers.
