Brief Description

At ERA Structural Engineering, We Believe Great Engineering Creates Value Beyond The Structure Itself. Every Decision Starts With a Simple Question

What solution creates the greatest value for the client and the entire project team?

We call that Think Beyond The Beam. Thinking Beyond the Beam means looking beyond the immediate task to understand what matters most. You will work collaboratively within a team-based environment while exercising a high degree of independence, technical judgment, and accountability.
