Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer - Structural for the Greater Southern Milwaukee Area. The role blends technical design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to own projects from concept through installation.

You'll lead complex engineering projects, develop drawings and calculations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive continuous improvements across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of engineering design experience.
• 3+ years of project management leadership.
• Experience with custom-engineered products or industrial systems is a plus.

I'm currently working with a growing manufacturer in the Greater Milwaukee area that is looking to add a Project Engineer to its expanding engineering team.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys balancing technical design work, project management, and cross-functional collaboration while taking ownership of projects from concept through installation. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead complex engineering projects from design through implementation and field support.
• Develop engineering drawings, project documentation, calculations, and technical deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of engineering design experience
• 3+ years of project management experience leading technical projects
• Experience working with custom-engineered products, industrial systems, structural steel, building systems, or related applications
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings
• AutoCAD experience required; 3D modeling experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
